Terms & Conditions for Attending Workshops

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ATTENDING THE WORKSHOPS BEFORE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM

Parent/Guardian Authorisation:

I hereby give permission for my child to participate in the above class(es). I understand and agree that the venue provider is not the provider of this class, but has only agreed for use of it’s facilities. The instructors are independent contractors and are not the employees or agents of the School, PTA or BOT or venue provider.  While all reasonable precautions will be taken to assure my child’s safety and prevent injuries from occurring, I will not hold the instructor, the School, PTA or BOT, venue provider and its officers and members, or staff liable for any accident or injury that may occur.

I understand and agree that my child is expected to remain within the premises outlined by the instructor, for the duration of the class outlined and will not be allowed to leave unless by prior arrangement. I understand that my child is expected to bring their own food and drink for the lunch break, when workshops are run throughout the day.

I understand and agree that should my child leave the premises without consent of the instructor, all efforts will be made to contact the parent/guardian, informing them of the situation and the instructor will no longer be responsible for the child, and the child may not be allowed to return to class.

My child and I understand and agree that, after one warning, any student who does not maintain appropriate behavior in the class, will not be allowed to attend the remaining classes scheduled for that program. Parents/Guardians will be notified at the time of the warning and before the child is removed from class.

Refunds will not be issued for any student removed for these reasons.

I have read, understood, and agree to these guidelines of the Tech Workshop Programs.

Please note registration does not guarantee a position in the workshop.  If the participant does not receive a place in this workshop, cheques will be returned.

Payment Policy- Please ensure payment has been made for all workshops your child wishes to attand, prior to commencement of the workshops.

Cancellation:  Due to the fact that there are limited places on the programmes refunds will only be given if a replacement participant can be found.
